Engraved wall-map dissected in 36 sheets and laid on linen, in original outline hand-colour, inset map of Isles of Scilly, folding into the original publisher's marbled slipcase with printed label, noting the original price of lb2 2s., the map surface lightly soiled, the slipcase worn and rubbed, with loss of paper. Dimensions: 1579 by 1307 (62 by 51.5 inches). Scale: 30 miles : 112mm.
Later state of the map, first published in 1786, retaining that date in the title.
