First edition. «The author, evidently a competent mathematician, devised a means of arranging a clock to show the unequel hours, or the hours formed by deviding the times between sunrise and sunset, and between sunset and sunrise, each into 12 parts... Unequal hours were used… till quite a late date, and two clocks in the Nürnberg Museum had dials divided to show them.
