Small folio. Early 19th c. half calf, leather label on spine. Printer's device on title and end, and approximately 200 woodcut illustrations and diagrams in the text, some full page, many taken from editions of Vitruvius, Serlio and Dürer. 195, (13) pp.; small repair to outer blank margin of title, a few small spots and some occasional light foxing, but generally a good copy.
First edition, second issue (with the colophon dated 1569), of the first systematic treatise on perspective.
