Volumes 3 and 4 from the six volumes collection of Braun Hogenberg views, being the first attempt to publish a corpus of views of the most important cities at the XVI century. The complete work spanned during 40 years so it was difficult to assembled complete sets.These two volumes show important views like Zurych, Vilna,Rotterdam,,Luxembourg,edinburgh,Seville,Stockolm,Copenhage,Hamburg,Munich,Roma double plate and jerusalem double plate between many others.many views are inspired in drawings by Joris Hoefnagel who travelled widely through several countries.
