8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall Autograph On thick parchment with a superb Caen Revenue stamp, this contract revises the deals between Comte Jacques De Glatigny and Georges Lepetit and Guillaume Le Senecal. There is a separate, second, small paper document attached by contemporary pin. Very nicely written. Interestingly there is a Bed and Breakfast - Ferme-de-Glatigny - on the very spot the two lesser partner toiled over 250 years ago! Good+
