While the covers are detached yet present the writings inside are undamaged and rather extraordinary to look over the shoulder of this British officer as he describes his duties, his colleagues, their wives and all their interactions. Historians and collectors will be delighted as he fully names his contacts in most cases. This journal would be VG save for the covers being detached. Good+
